Celebration!

This May, we had the privilege of celebrating an incredible milestone — 10 years of impact, partnership, and progress as RealTime Talent—now Stratasight.

More than 100 leaders from Minnesota’s business, education, workforce, economic development, nonprofit, and public sectors joined us to reflect on the journey that brought us here — and the future ahead. We were especially grateful to celebrate alongside our clients, sponsors, partners, and Board of Directors, whose support and collaboration have shaped this work from the beginning.

The evening opened with remarks from Executive Director Deb Broberg, MAIR SPHR, a warm welcome from Saint Paul Mayor Kaohly Her, and a special brand reveal led by Board Chair Brenda Devlin, MBA — officially introducing Stratasight Research and Consulting, the evolution of what many have known as RealTime Talent.
Erin Olson (MURP, MPH), Senior Director of Strategic Research, reflected on a decade of growth, impact, and relationships that made it all possible. And Scott Peterson — instrumental in founding RealTime Talent — reminded us why this work began in the first place: leaders needed better, more current information to understand workforce and talent gaps and how to address them. That mission hasn’t changed. Our ability to deliver on it has only grown.

We were also honored to hear powerful impact stories from Ling Becker, MPA and Julie Brekke — voices that reminded us why this work matters. 
To every employer, educator, policymaker, and community partner in that room (and beyond): thank you. A decade of trusted research and shared commitment to Minnesota’s workforce does not happen without you.

What began 10 years ago as a mission to bring better workforce and labor market insight to Minnesota has evolved into something even broader: helping leaders move from insight to measurable action.
