A new name for a broader vision

For more than a decade, RealTime Talent has been a trusted source of workforce and talent research in Minnesota. As our work has evolved—expanding beyond analysis to helping leaders align stakeholders and take action on complex workforce challenges—our name has evolved too.

Our new name - Stratasight - reflects that evolution. It signals an expansion in services, and a more integrated approach to talent, workforce, and economic development– while still rooted in the foundational research and relationships we’ve built over the past ten years.

Mission

Stratasight supports Minnesota in building a more aligned, opportunity-rich labor economy. Through rigorous research and analysis ranging from market dynamics to talent gaps and needs, we consult with leaders to solve our region's biggest economic, workforce and talent challenges.

The Stratasight mark reflects what we do at our core — bringing together the many overlapping parts of Minnesota's workforce ecosystem to close the gap between talent supply and demand. Just as our logo's interlocking forms converge around a single focal point, our work brings employers, educators, policymakers, and communities into alignment, creating a clearer, more opportunity-rich path forward for all Minnesotans.

Why Now?

As we mark our 10-year anniversary and recent change to an independent nonprofit, we see this as a moment to show our community who we are today, how we have evolved, and where our work is headed.

This change is also clarifying. We don’t recruit or source talent, and never have. Our work strengthens talent pipelines, increases wages, and helps propel long-term economic growth. Our name presented inevitable hurdles in understanding that. Broadening our name to reflect our bridging role, and with a research and consulting focus, helps correct this.

This change is an additive step that positions us to continue supporting Minnesota’s leaders with clear insight and practical guidance as talent challenges grow more complex.
