Stratasight builds on the legacy of RealTime Talent.
For more than a decade, RealTime Talent served Minnesota as a trusted source of workforce and talent research. Over time, the work expanded beyond analysis alone—helping leaders interpret data, build partnerships, and solve complex workforce challenges.
The transition to Stratasight reflects that evolution and a broader vision for research and consulting that drives real impact.
Why Now?
Building the future, together.
As we mark our 10-year anniversary and recent change to an independent nonprofit, we see this as a moment to show our community who we are today, how we have evolved, and where our work is headed.
This change is also clarifying. We don’t recruit or source talent, and never have. Our work strengthens talent pipelines, increases wages, and helps propel long-term economic growth. Our name presented inevitable hurdles in understanding that. Broadening our name to reflect our bridging role, and with a research and consulting focus, helps correct this.
This change is an additive step that positions us to continue supporting Minnesota’s leaders with clear insight and practical guidance as talent challenges grow more complex.
